Summer is right around the corner, let's get in shape ladies!!! Let's use this blog to encourage each other... post challenges for others to meet... At the beginning of the week, or day, we should post what our workout plan will be; just be sure to report back. We'll be accountable to each other.

weekends are my hardest time. but if i can be focused during the week, having two days of more relaxed eating aren't going to submarine my whole plan. i try not to go crazy, but i allow myself more enjoyable stuff on saturdays & sundays.
Wow, that's awesome! And i'm with Becca, i go easier on the weekends too. You just have to get back on track first thing Monday morning! Sometimes it's harder for me to stay on track if I start eating "naughty" things on the weekends though, so I try not to go too crazy!
6 pounds in 1 week?? wow. :o)
Yep 6 pounds in one week I think drinking all the water helps, I hold on to water weight a lot I have done that since pregnancy. I even lost that weight and started my monthly friend. So woohoo true 6 pounds then. I have so much to lose as you all know that 6 pounds isn't that impressive.
That's awesome! It is wonderful at the beginning when you drop a bunch of weight at the beginning!
that's great bethany. I'm not allowed to weight myself for 4 weeks after i started this program...so we'll see how it goes
