Summer is right around the corner, let's get in shape ladies!!! Let's use this blog to encourage each other... post challenges for others to meet... At the beginning of the week, or day, we should post what our workout plan will be; just be sure to report back. We'll be accountable to each other.

Yep wasn't so good.
I'm sorry to hear that. How much have you been working out this week? (what'd ya do? break a sweat?...)
Could also be the time of day...fully clothed... You get your truest weight first thing in the morning.
Don't fret, just keep on going.
I think that whatever I do I will always be over wieght. Umm OK sorry down in the dumps today and I want a chocolate cake and a fork and for everyone to leave me alone while I eat it LOL.
If you want, you should write down everything you did this week (workout related of course!). Then we can all see where you are at and we can see if we can figure something out. :o)
I can't really remember what I did LOL. I know I worked out everyday except for Saturday and yesterday. Although yesterday I walked to the grocery store bought to much forgetting I had to walk back carrying it all plus Emmalee got tired and I had to carry her does that count for a work out?
You (and all of us) should keep a journal on what we do every day. Then you can see if we're improving or not. Plus its just good to know. :o)
You may be surprised by how much, or how little, you are actually doing.
Eating is a huge issue of mine as well.
yeah, i don't have the time to do a journal on what i do every day.
It doesn't have to be anything major. Simply "50 situps. 20 pushups. Ran 3 blocks"
Make sure you weigh in, in the morning....after you go to the bathroom! That is your truest weight.
Oh, and jeans add a lot of weight
