Summer is right around the corner, let's get in shape ladies!!! Let's use this blog to encourage each other... post challenges for others to meet... At the beginning of the week, or day, we should post what our workout plan will be; just be sure to report back. We'll be accountable to each other.

Way to go Lisa! 4 pounds in 3 weeks should be easy enough!
I don't really like water either but i use those single serve lipton green tea things in a bottle of water and it makes it much better
The drinking the water part isn't so bad here unless Emmalee spills it across the room or I wake up many times from sleep having to pee. Keep it up though.
