Unlike some of you who are eating only when you are hungry; I'm eating about 5-6 times a day.
Here's what I've got on my plate for today (this doesn't include dinner). I don't have them planned out into little meals yet, I'll see what I feel like at the time. Here goes:
Oatmeal
Carrot ts & Celery (big bag!)
F/F Cottage cheese (1)
Light n Fit Yogurt (2)
low fat cheese sticks (2)
Salad
f/f turkey sandwich
Blueberry tea & Water is what I'll be drowning in today.
Don't know what we're doing for dinner but i know it'll include asparagus (before it goes bad!). YUMMY!

SO far today I did slim fast works for me since I am not a breakfest eater I hate to eat when I wake up. I know I should do something so this slim fast is so working in skim milk. Blueberry tea sounds interresting.
I had hard boiled eggs for lunch with swiss and cheddar cheese and some oyster crakers.. oh yeah and a few slices of dried lunchmeat for extra protien. Did I do good? Or was that really a bad lunch masquerading as a good one? I know the cheese is fatty, but you need some fat, right?
Are you drinking blueberry tea because it reminds you of blueberry wine and you are trying to fake yourself out?
I'm secretly thinking its wine, you are correct! I can't wait to get more this year. We're gonna buy a case of the stuff!
A case of blueberry wine? I so wanna try that sound yummy where did you get it?
Julie you are great for the Akins diet.
I did the akins before, didn't do so well.. plus with the gallbaldder out I have to be careful too.
it is good! We got it last fall up in Michigan. Fenn Valley Orchards.
Akins made me mega sick I even took a pregancy test I had all the symptons it was awful. I had the gallbladder removed also to much fat and you know what happends.

Anyway, I had a slimfast for breakfast too. I'm with Bethany, a lot of times I don't feel like eating breakfast in the morning, even if I'm hungry! I also drink carnation instant breakfast and protein shakes on occasion. i also had a granola bar a cheese/sprout/mustard sandwhich on whole grain wheat bread some grapes and some rice cakes for an afternoon snack. Oh, and coffee. (and a couple nutter-butters -oops! how did those get in there?!) =)
LOL Nutter-butters You did really good until that point HEHE. Was it the whole package?
Umm... no it wasn't the WHOLE package! But it was a lot more than i'd like to admit! HA! =0
I ended up having coffee as an afternoon snack.. not much of a snack but I was freezing and it helped me warm up! (I bet there was enough creamer in there to be worse than a snack!) I did get hungry late afternoon and I was going to have a snack but I waited till I was done with what I was doing and by that time I wasn't hungry.. so maybe I'll try to wait it out a little bit before jumping on the snacks.
That's what I do too. Instead of giving into a snack or craving I'll distract myself and a lot of times it goes away. I'll pop some gum in my mouth or even brush my teeth so I don't feel like eating anything till the minty taste is gone! Or drink a huge thing of water until I'm full! It works pretty well most of the time!
